What you'll do:

To facilitate and accelerate the deployment of the Value-based Sourcing strategy for the Indirect Materials (IM) and Logistics organization, we are looking for a change maker: a person able to go the extra mile, who is agile and process-oriented, with a strong project management approach. We are looking for a strong and structured team member, able to proactively work within the Indirect Materials & Logistics Team to help achieve the expected outcomes. They should be. keen to learn and interact with a wide range of colleagues to gain a full 360-degree view of the Purchasing environment.

In detail, you will:

  • Drive the continuous improvement of the Spend Analysis tool, enabling insightful views of the complete supplier base.
  • Manage programs or workstreams, working towards defined KPIs and project timing
  • Encourage active feedback & discussion within the community and facilitate education on the various programs
  • Establish deficiencies within reporting and processes and solve issues with efficient solutions.
  • Propose new programs to develop, customized to the IM & Logistics community needs
  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Project Management or equivalent
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in program management in a matrix multinational environment
  • You are tenacious and continue to strive to reach goals, demonstrating resilience.
  • Actively pursue opportunities for learning and self-development over time, demonstrating a desire to learn from experience
  • You are well-organized and analytical with attention to detail and accuracy
  • You quickly get to the core of a problem, filtering out irrelevant details and conveying complex information clearly
  • You are fluent in English (any other language is an asset)

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Wroclaw (Supply Chain Center) or Cracow (Global Shared Service Center).
