What you’ll do:

  • Lead procurement workstreams for manufacturing projects, NPI, localization, supplier transitions, and CAPEX initiatives.

  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance reviews.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.

  • Monitor supplier readiness and support successful project implementation.

  • Facilitate project review meetings and executive governance forums.

You are:

  • Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or procurement environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.

  • 10–15 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments.
