As a Business UAT Analyst (Campaign Testing ) within Card Services, you will be responsible for analyzing credit card marketing campaign assets (online or offline - such as direct mail, online ads, emails, and microsites) to check both individual asset quality and overall campaign quality before they reach Chase Card customers. You would collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal, Compliance, and Controls teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and functional marketing materials to customers and prospects. You will ensure streamlined processes for marketers, optimize processes, fulfill customer promises, and maintain regulatory compliance. Your will drive excellence in campaign quality and execution efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with campaign management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives
- Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform testing cycles both manual and using automation
- Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation – job aids/procedures to assure quality of the test suites to be developed
- Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine and lay down test strategies which are apt to the campaign
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
- Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the testing standards and used by Card marketing validation team
- Support during production deployment of campaigns and perform “validation testing” during the off-hours/weekend release windows
- Have a keen eye to identify process gaps and lean down processes
- Demonstrate customer obsession by understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in campaign processes and understanding various channels of communication to customers, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with partners, project and testing teams, and bridge communication gaps.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal communication, project management, and time management skills, with a high level of detail orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites with strong collaboration, project management skills is preferred
- Experience in execution of automated test suites preferred with hands – on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models preferred
Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool with data extraction and data driven insights for process efficiencies will be a preferred
