Currently to strengthen our procurement department, we are looking for Procurement Process Analyst.

This is a key role in optimizing and professionalizing the Procurement organization. You combine Procurement knowledge, data analysis and process improvement to identify bottlenecks, improve ways of working and increase the efficiency and transparency of Procurement processes.

You work closely with Procurement and other departments and represent Procurement in company-wide improvement projects. In addition, you coordinate and execute key Procurement processes, ensuring they are performed consistently and effectively.

Your responsibilities

Procurement Process Optimization

  • Analyze and continuously improve Procurement processes, procedures and ways of working.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and develop practical improvement proposals.
  • Support the standardization and automation of Procurement processes where appropriate.
  • Monitor process performance and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze Procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain Procurement KPIs, reports and dashboards.
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Procurement management.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of Procurement data and reporting.

Cross-functional Improvement Projects

  • Represent Procurement in company-wide improvement and transformation projects.
  • Ensure Procurement requirements are incorporated into new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to implement and embed improvements.

Procurement Process Execution

  • Coordinate and execute key Procurement processes, such as the Supplier Selection process and Savings Progress process.
  • Coordinate input from buyers, category managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify deviations and initiate corrective actions.
  • Continuously evaluate these processes and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Your profile

We are looking for a structured and analytical professional with a strong interest in Procurement and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Improvement or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with process optimization and reporting; strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments and organizational levels.
  • Proactive, pragmatic and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
