Job Description:
Job Summary:**
The Procurement & Planning Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the procurement, sourcing and planning activities for CROWN Emirates Company Limited, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while optimizing inventory levels and production schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement for raw materials and packaging.
- Negotiate improved payment terms, lead times, and supply conditions.
- Prepare weekly reports aligned with production plan and inbound materials.
- Prepare monthly Production Operating Plan based on sales forecast and inventory.
- Coordinate monthly Raw Material Requirement Sheet for all categories.
- Ensure accurate and timely release of all Purchase Orders.
- Maintain Supply Chain Dashboard and monthly ORM expiry dashboard.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to ensure 100% OTIF delivery.
- Track supplier performance, escalate delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high accuracy in SAP procurement, inventory, and planning modules.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate inbound shipments, ensuring zero demurrage and detention.
- Monitor warehouse space, FIFO adherence, and raw material movement.
- Ensure timely sale and payment collection for aluminium scrap.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or a similar supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of procurement principles, inventory management, and production planning concepts.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills Required
