In this role, you will:

  • Manage Purchase Order Acknowledgment and create Purchase Order

  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and manage the business queries

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned activities

  • Ensure PRs are complete and accurate before conversion to Purchase Orders (PO) and release purchase orders (PO) within agreed timeline

  • Log-in and follow-up PRs that could not be converted to POs and released within agreed timeline

  • Coordinate Vendor Master Data process

  • Contribute to testing of process improvement opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Previous equivalent work experience in procurement operations is a benefit

  • Fluent English and German (both written and oral)

  • Knowledge of SAP, Coupa System, ServiceNow and MS Office tools is an asset

  • Attention to details & problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
