Department OverviewService Contracts and Subscription Operations organization provides operational support to the North America Managed & Support Services business.
This is a mixed shift position for the Video & Subscriptions leader which also includes Q2C elements.
Team functions includes contract management & processing associated with Video & Subscriptions maintenance agreements, developing our local team and drive change and innovation while simplifying the processes at the same time. Additionally, you will be involved in part creation process and prioritization of the Orderability processes.
Job Description

Assist the team in the daily operations and organize the work

Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure delivering of high quality work in a timely manne
-
Establish strong internal operational environment with structured processes, quality controls & collaborative spirit with other MSI operations
-
Provide leadership, guidance and development opportunities to team members
-
Drive change within the department to optimize the efficiency and simplification of the processes
-
Optimize the Q2C processes to increase team's efficiency and decrease cycle time
Basic Requirements
-
At least Bachelor's degree in Economics/Management
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of operational business
-
Experience in the management of outsourced operations as well as working in a number focused organization
-
Management capability with organizational talent and strength to enforce decisions by taking cultural differences into consideration
-
Good communication skills with customers, suppliers and internal Stakeholders
-
Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills as well as strong work ethic, personal integrity and high level of professionalism
-
Ability to lead a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active and independently
-
Problem-solving mindset as well as an attitude to follow-through on the plan
-
Being fluent in English is absolutely essential
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with Motorola Services Portfolio, Service Agreements, Warranty, Install Agreements, Work Tickets, and Internal Contracts

Experience with Smart Client and Oracle R12
