Job Description

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services for Villa Haven. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality in all purchases. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
