Job Summary :
The Procurement Manager is expected to have a
solid standing in the industry, especially within Saudi Arabia, and maintain a
well-established network of suppliers. Moreover, they should excel in
recognizing top suppliers and competitive prices in the Saudi market, coupled
with prior exposure to technical office operations
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost efficiency.
- Source and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships to expand the network.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the technical office to evaluate technical requirements and determine the best suppliers for specific project needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in a contracting company, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, restructuring, architectural, or infrastructural projects.
- Strong reputation in the market, particularly within the Saudi market, with a well-established supplier network.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure advantageous terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing dynamics, and supplier capabilities in the Saudi market.
- Experience working in the technical office to assess technical requirements and identify suitable suppliers.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate supplier options and make strategic procurement decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
