As our first Procurement Manager, you will help establish and optimize the end-to-end procurement function. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and build scalable purchasing processes that support our growth across software, infrastructure, services, and professional vendors.
Responsibilities:
Own procurement end-to-end, from sourcing and supplier selection to negotiation and vendor management
Manage SaaS and software vendors, including renewals, licensing optimization, and spend consolidation
Oversee procurement across cloud, professional services, and indirect spend categories
Build and maintain procurement policies, approval workflows, and a vendor registry
Partner with Finance on budgeting, track savings, and report performance to leadership
Collaborate with Legal on contracts, ensuring GDPR and EU compliance while advising on vendor risk and total cost
Minimum 3 years procurement or vendor management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
You are comfortable negotiating software licensing agreements and SaaS contracts.
Experience with EU procurement regulations and Belgian business practices is a strong advantage.
You are analytically minded, with strong skills in spend analysis and supplier benchmarking.
You work well cross-functionally; able to earn trust with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
