As our Procurement Manager, you will step into a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for the design and strategic execution of our entire procurement function in the region.
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end process, from market sourcing and strategic negotiations to contract management and supplier integration.

Qualifications:- 3-5 years of specific experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Manager within a technology-oriented organization (FinTech or SaaS is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build and implement smart, lean, and controlled cross-functional processes and drive effective organizational collaboration.
- Strong commercial negotiation expertise is essential, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SW & SaaS procurement, vendor optimization, and managing diverse supplier engagements.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar platforms).
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew.
- Experience with building internal business documentation and presentation materials.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships.
- Experience operating within a fast-paced environment and successfully delivering results under pressure.
- A strong desire to champion innovation and positive social and environmental outcomes through procurement practices.
- You will work closely with various departments to develop a thorough understanding of their needs, design new procurement methodologies, and drive a whole-of-company approach to improve our commercial position and asset protection.
- You will serve as the dedicated Procurement resource for major projects, including the implementation of Xero systems and the Melio integration into Xero, providing supply market expertise and insight to support leadership decision-making.
- You will take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial sourcing and RFP management to finalizing contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- You will continuously seek and negotiate agreements with reliable vendors and suppliers, reviewing existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility and strategic alignment with Melio's growth.
- You will drive efficiency and accuracy within the Finance team, helping the company scale by constantly improving our procedures, controls, and reports related to the flow of funds and financial data.
- You will work closely with the wider Xero Team, linking Melio and the rest of the Procurement Team, to successfully execute against priorities
