This position reports to:

General Responsibilities:
- Set up Sourcing and supply Strategy
- Organize Direct and Indirect division Sourcing
- Manage cost optimization
- Manage supplier performance and support operations request
- SCM Tools and Processes Development
- Compliance, contract management, and risk management
- SCM Sustainability
Main Accountabilities :
- Define and implement a comprehensive sourcing and supply strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead and coordinate sourcing activities for both direct and indirect division categories. Build and maintain a diversified, resilient supplier base
- Drive continuous cost reduction and value creation across the supply chain.Define annual cost savings targets and track progress against KPIs. Implement initiatives: negotiation, innovation, specification optimization, and demand management etc.
- Periodically reporting and summarize KPI and visualize performance
- Ensure supplier performance meets quality, delivery, and service requirements to support uninterrupted operations.Define and track Supplier KPIs
- Build and continuously improve actions, set up digital and process infrastructure supporting procurement and logistics.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards while proactively managing supply chain risks. Process owner of P2P process.
- Embed ESG principles throughout the supply chain. Define and implement sustainable procurement aligned with ABB's ESG and carbon neutrality goals. Coordinate EPD. Conduct supplier sustainability assessments and audits.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop an agile and professional supply chain team
- University or above , Minimum 8–10 years, perfer in Supply Chain Management, within a manufacturing environment
- Strategic thinking, Analytical Mindset, Risk Awareness, Familiar with manufacturing and operation process, Leadership
- Fluent English
- Resilient, patient, result oriented, strong communicator
