“Hi! We invite you to join our enthusiastic Direct Procurement Team in EMEIA, with colleagues located in Wrocław, Nowa Wieś, Tampere, and Scarborough. As a Procurement Intern, you will support key procurement and supply chain processes, including supplier invoice verification, purchase order management, master data maintenance, and analytics development. You will have the opportunity to work with procurement processes and contribute to process improvements.

What you will do
- Support daily procurement and supply chain operations, including purchase order and supplier-related processes in ERP systems.
- Assist in supplier invoice verification and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Support raw material and supplier master data maintenance, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
- Collect, clean, and consolidate procurement and supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP systems, supplier reports, databases, and spreadsheets).
- Support the development and enhancement of analytical tools using Excel, VBA, Power BI, and other digital solutions.
- Contribute to procurement and supply chain improvement projects and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, sourcing, finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Who you are
- You are a student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You are interested in procurement and supply chain management.
- You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- You have advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA is considered an asset.
- You are familiar with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI, which is considered an advantage.
- You have previous internship or work experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance, or manufacturing environments (considered an asset).
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You are comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
