Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

About the role:
As a Procurement Intern for Global Business Services, you will lead high-impact projects in the sourcing area for Facilities Services across P&G's manufacturing plants and fulfillment centers in Mexico. You’ll work closely with business leaders, key stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver valuable solutions focused on achieving the best total value. You will drive negotiations and manage the end-to-end bidding processes, giving you a deep understanding of the Strategic Procurement field while gaining constant exposure to our leadership team.
Some of your tasks will be:
Analyze Facilities Management sourcing markets and build industry knowledge to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, operational excellence, digitalization, innovation, and supply base consolidation.
Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to integrate efforts and drive project success.
Take ownership of recommendations for significant projects or commercial transformations.
Influence both internal and external individuals and build strong relationships to achieve excellent results.
Treat our suppliers with honesty, ethics, and fairness, considering them as partners in our journey to deliver renowned products around the world.

Job Qualifications
Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas' General Offices.
Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027
English Advanced (will be evaluated).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
Familiarity with data analysis tools
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to define strategies and develop step-by-step plans to achieve goals and solutions.
Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
Real passion for building new solutions.
Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility.
