Join our team as a Procurement Intern!
As a Procurement Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a global procurement environment, supporting operational purchasing activities while learning about sourcing, supplier management, contract administration, and supply chain processes. You will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams, while developing valuable technical and business skills.
What You'll Do:
- Support the creation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assist with transportation requests for parts and materials through the LMS system
- Work with SAP and Coupa to support procurement and supplier management activities
- Support the contract administration process, including contract preparation, supplier signature coordination, and contract documentation in Coupa
- Communicate volume extension requests and updates to suppliers (Top Consultation process)
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, quality teams, and procurement support teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring data accuracy
- Support procurement projects and sourcing initiatives across different commodity areas
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
- Participate in supplier quotation analysis and commercial evaluations
- Work closely with technical teams to understand sourcing requirements and supplier proposals
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and procurement efficiency projects
- Learn about supplier relationship management, negotiation, and procurement best practices
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong motivation and proactive approach
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
