This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support for NA Procurement-related cost, purchase price variance (PPV), and material cost trends. • Collaborate with Division Finance and Global Supply Chain Finance on materials variance analysis, forecasting, and Rate-Volume-Mix (RVM) analytics to support decision-making.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis for Procurement Finance and Procurement stakeholders (e.g., supplier/commodity insights, scenario modeling) and translate findings into clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes (automation, standard work, and data quality) by proposing enhancements, building templates, and supporting documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounting, finance, FP&A, or analytical experience (procurement, supply chain, or costing exposure a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate, repeatable reporting.
  • English (Mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Costing, procurement finance, or supply chain finance experience preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP and/or EBS) and financial planning/reporting tools (e.g., EPM).

  • Experience managing large datasets and data extraction from multiple systems; Power BI (or similar) experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely; strong PowerPoint skills to translate analysis into executive-ready content.
  • A self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across functions and geographies.
