Job Description
Summary
As the Procurement Finance Manager you will involved in Procurement PPV (External + Affiliate) and FX - Analysis of performance, monthly financial reporting and forecasting, month-end closing routines, and tracking of savings initiatives. It will also include Internal Controls and Balance sheet accounts management: Inventory, accrued liabilities; stock in transit, PPVWAPT reporting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Procurement PPV (Ext + AFF) and FX
- Monthly Forecasting routine
- Internal Controls and Balance sheet
- WAPT Reporting and Forecasting
- Correct recognition of PPV and analysis for senior stakeholders locally and internationally.
- Build monthly rolling forecast and variance analysis reporting routine, including PPV, FX and Commodities
- Management of key balance sheet recs and controls linked to PROC Finance.
- Partner with PROC Team in reporting, forecasting and management of DPO.
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Procurement and yearly Strat Plan (5-year Forecast)
- Accurate weekly/monthly reports provided in timely manner
- Cost reduction initiatives identified and acted upon.
- Consistent reporting formats identified and implemented.
About you
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or similar
- Experience in a commercial organisation and a financial base gained through work experience
- Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain operations in a commercial organisation
- Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels.
- Willingness to liaise and work at operational level, and manage upwards at a more senior level
- Intrinsically driven with a "can do" attitude.
