Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing.
- Support price negotiation with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval limits, and internal controls.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships, including handling escalations and service issues.
- Assist in print room management, including coordination of print jobs, vendor oversight, and ensuring service levels are met.
- Perform data analysis and reporting on procurement activities, including exception monitoring and cost tracking.
- Support audit requirements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
- Handle KM copier helpdesk enquiries to ensure staff are able to carry out printing smoothly.
- Participate in and support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- Relevant experience in procurement or vendor management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Good understanding of procurement controls and compliance requirements
