Key Responsibilities
Data Collection, Cleansing & Vetting
- Collect, validate, and cleanse procurement data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors.
- Establish and maintain data quality checks to support reliable decision-making.
Reporting & Analysis
- Develop, maintain, and improve procurement dashboards and performance reports.
- Provide clear and actionable insights to the extended procurement community.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all reporting outputs.
- Analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
System of Record Keeping
- Act as custodian of procurement data within procurement platforms.
- Ensure master data, supplier records, and related procurement metadata/sites are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
System & Training Support
- Support onboarding of new users/sites into procurement systems by preparing user data, documentation, and training materials.
- Assist in user training sessions and help maintain training resources.
Other Responsibilities
- Lead small projects for the development and implementation of IT-based systems, tools, and processes to support global sourcing.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to and support the annual procurement planning process.
Collaboration & External Support
- Collaborate with external service providers (e.g., AIC) to ensure timely and accurate data and reporting deliverables.
- Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure procurement data aligns with financial and system requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance (preferably in a manufacturing environment), data analysis, or systems administration.
- Advanced MS Office skills are mandatory.
- Experience with SQL and automation tools/scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in handling sensitive data.
