Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Procurement Deal Review Manager to join our Procurement Team. This role is essential in ensuring effective vendor negotiations by reviewing vendor agreements, historical spend, and providing comprehensive deal analyses to our Procurement Managers. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting procurement strategies, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
You'll Get To:
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination in vendor management activities
- Thoroughly examine vendor contracts and identify key terms, conditions, and clauses impacting the Procurement process.
- Conduct Deal Analysis by analyzing the financial and operational aspects of vendor deals, assessing the risk/benefits associated with each agreement and compare vendor offerings to market standards and benchmarks.
- Prepare Negotiation Briefs by summarizing findings in clear, concise reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for negotiations strategies.
- Work closely with Procurement Managers to ensure all relevant info is available for strategic vendor negotiations.
- Collect, synthesize, and summarize data from multiple sources, including historical contracts and spending records, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage sourcing activity for non-technology items with low dollar spend.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments to evaluate potential risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with risk management standard.
- Ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies, regulations, and company standards, and monitor contracts for renewal, expiration, or amendments.
- Manage the routing of DocuSign agreements for approval, ensuring timely execution of contracts and agreements.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments to evaluate potential risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with risk management standard.
- Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with vendors to promote ongoing business success and support negotiations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Years of Experience in Related Field: 9+
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 9+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, data analysis, deal desk, supply chain, finance, accounting, or related roles with a focus on process management and compliance.
Required Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy and compliance in all procurements processes.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills, both at an interpersonal level and with a broader audience.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and completing procurement projects on time.
