We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Owner – to define and evolve data‑driven supplier processes at Philips.
This role is ideal for a process leader with strong data and master‑data awareness, who enjoys working in complex, global environments.
Your responsibilities
Own and design end‑to‑end procurement processes
Define future‑state process vision with strong data foundations
Lead and develop a team (approx. 5–10 people)
Drive process adoption and data quality across Procurement
Support digital and data‑enabled transformation initiatives
Work closely with Procurement leadership and internal stakeholders
What we are looking for
Experience in process ownership, transformation, or change management
Strong understanding of master data / data‑heavy environments
Ability to simplify complex, data‑driven processes
Digital mindset and structured way of working
People leadership experience
Procurement background is beneficial but not mandatory
