Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Owner – to define and evolve data‑driven supplier processes at Philips.
This role is ideal for a process leader with strong data and master‑data awareness, who enjoys working in complex, global environments.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and design end‑to‑end procurement processes

  • Define future‑state process vision with strong data foundations

  • Lead and develop a team (approx. 5–10 people)

  • Drive process adoption and data quality across Procurement

  • Support digital and data‑enabled transformation initiatives

  • Work closely with Procurement leadership and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Experience in process ownership, transformation, or change management

  • Strong understanding of master data / data‑heavy environments

  • Ability to simplify complex, data‑driven processes

  • Digital mindset and structured way of working

  • People leadership experience

  • Procurement background is beneficial but not mandatory
