Position: Procurement Analyst
Location: Winston-Salem, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract ($40/hr on W2)
Direct Client Need
Shift Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM (flexible though)
Role Overview:
- As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will drive rapid-response material sourcing and acquisition for direct/indirect materials within our Engineering Development Lab (EDL).
- Operating in a high-intensity, agile environment, you will secure critical materials for prototype seat builds, manage contracts (LTAs), and execute purchase orders under tight turnaround times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Rapid-Response Sourcing: Execute end-to-end procurement and purchase order creation for engineering and design changes with extreme urgency.
- Supplier & Contract Management: Conduct competitive supplier bidding, evaluate risk assessments, and assist with Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
- Performance Metrics: Meet monthly vendor On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets and maintain the EDL SOW SharePoint Dashboard.
- Systems & Compliance: Manage workflow requirements within SAP Ariba and proactively communicate supply risks or opportunities in operational meetings.
- Continuous Improvement: Support leadership by driving process optimization, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of purchasing experience (or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in SAP Ariba and SharePoint dashboard management.
- Soft Skills: A resilient, tough-minded professional capable of managing competing priorities, compressed lead times, and evolving design demands.
- Preferred: Proven experience leading or supporting continuous improvement/Kaizen initiatives.

- Seven years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
- High proficiency in SAP Ariba
- SharePoint dashboard management experience
