Leads complex global IT projects, initially focused on Critical Manufacturing MES implementations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments. Coordinates manufacturing, IT, engineering, quality, validation, supply chain, finance, vendors, and system integrators. Manages project plans, budgets, risks, scope, schedules, compliance validation, executive reporting, governance, change adoption, and transition to operations. Applies Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods across regulated manufacturing and enterprise technology environments.

Conducts business process analysis, stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develops current and future state process maps, SOPs, reports, dashboards, requirements, performance measures, and executive summaries. Applies Lean Six Sigma and change management practices, facilitates improvement sessions, supports implementation and sustainment, and tracks project deliverables, risks, issues, and recommendations.

Leads complex global IT projects, initially focused on Critical Manufacturing MES implementations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments. Manages project plans, budgets, risks, compliance validation, governance, executive reporting, change adoption, and operational transition. Requires experience in regulated manufacturing environments and familiarity with SAP/ERP, PLM, quality systems, FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Designs and develops mechanical products from concept through mass production and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, CAD and drawing reviews, prototype builds, testing and validation, root-cause analysis, DFM and value-engineering activities, technical support, and preparation of engineering reports. The role collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and program management, and includes periodic travel to company sites, customers, or suppliers.

Conduct business process analysis, stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis. Develop current- and future-state process maps, SOPs, requirements, reports, and performance measures. Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methods to identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Support change management, implementation, project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment of approved process improvements.
