UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team in Mills River.

What you will do

  • Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and other procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support procurement, supply chain, and business decision-making.

  • Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and business-ready.

  • Support raw material planning and procurement activities through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance.

  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain high-quality supply chain and procurement data.

  • Support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews by providing insights, highlighting risks, and recommending improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality.

  • Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, data governance requirements, and established working procedures.

  • Perform other procurement and supplier support duties.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • You bring experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or a manufacturing environment and are eager to continue developing your expertise.

  • You enjoy working with data and transforming complex information into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • You have experience working with ERP systems and understand the value of accurate, reliable data in supply chain and procurement processes.

  • You are curious about how supply chains operate and have knowledge of areas such as inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration.

  • You communicate effectively with different audiences and can clearly explain data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • You build strong relationships through collaboration, trust, and a customer-focused mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • You take ownership of your work, embrace continuous improvement, and enjoy contributing to team success.

Skills Required
