Our Procurement Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Finance, IT and Risk Management to support the Organization’s procurement strategy and lifecycle management processes.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
• Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, IT Risk, and Business stakeholders.
• Collaboration vendor agreements with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure terms comply with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain procurement and supplier records in approved systems.
• Monitor adherence to procurement policies and approval requirements.
• Maintain sourcing and contract documentation for regulatory and internal audit purposes.
• Partner with legal to ensure timely updates of regulatory requirements in vendor contracts.
• Manage all renewals and contract amendments throughout the lifecycle of each vendor relationship.
• Assist in developing comprehensive reports and dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation of vendor agreements and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and risk management teams to ensure vendor management processes comply with internal and external audit requirements.
• Participate in procurement transformation initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and vendor software.
• Strong communication, with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT, legal, and risk management teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills.
• Experience supporting audit activities and maintaining documentation for internal and external compliance reviews.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience working in procurement.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare).
• Experience supporting competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations
• Experience working with procurement, ERP, and contract management systems with Workday experience as a plus.
• Experience in compliance and vendor management a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPCM, CSCP, or procurement-related credential preferred
