About the Role:
Support end-to-end procurement operations, from vendor evaluation and contract review to purchase order management and performance tracking.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor procurement efficiency, identify trends, and provide insights for cost optimization and process improvement.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documentation, including contracts, pricing tables, and supplier agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs, vendor capabilities, and procurement policies.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with regional procurement teams, ensuring compliance with global standards and timely delivery of goods and services.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a multinational or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and invoicing workflows (experience with Excel, Power BI, or ERP platforms would be an advantage).
Excellent negotiation, communication (Thai & English), and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse internal and external partners.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
