Join Cushman & Wakefield’s dynamic Procurement team as a Procurement Analyst, supporting sourcing, data analysis, and vendor management activities for our Thailand operations. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement performance — ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and excellence in supplier partnerships across multiple categories and projects.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support end-to-end procurement operations, from vendor evaluation and contract review to purchase order management and performance tracking.

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor procurement efficiency, identify trends, and provide insights for cost optimization and process improvement.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documentation, including contracts, pricing tables, and supplier agreements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs, vendor capabilities, and procurement policies.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with regional procurement teams, ensuring compliance with global standards and timely delivery of goods and services.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a multinational or corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and invoicing workflows (experience with Excel, Power BI, or ERP platforms would be an advantage).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication (Thai & English), and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse internal and external partners.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
