Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

Provide timely Finance service desk support to customers, follow up on open cases, and prioritize escalations from Top Vendors according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the process.

Coordinate, lead, and participate in market meetings, raising important issues in the process, ensuring opened actions are completed, addressing important issues, and following up on actions.

Ensuring a successful Voice of Customer (VOC) result by performing regular Quality Assurance audits to maintain SLA’s, aiding the team regarding specific cases and escalations when needed, identifying training needs, providing training to new hires, and act as back up supervisor.

Analyze accounts and prepare reports requested by the different areas, through information obtained from the system, to maintain consolidated information in a timely and healthy manner for the correct company´s decision-making.

Carry out Supplier Reconciliations as required, always within the guidelines of internal controls and data management.

Assist internal and external clients, by advising and evacuating queries, to guide them in the handling or processing of the information sent or requested.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

Advanced student or university degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

2-3 years of experience in a P2P service desk role.

SAP proficiency
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 to C1 level)
