Procure to Pay Operations New Associate

An Accounts Payable (P2P) professional is responsible for handling an organization's vendor and customer payments and other financial liabilities. This role requires extensive, accurate knowledge of the product, policies, and rules.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the main team point of contact in answering cases via emails, OB calls, or chats from our customers/clients and vendors
• Provide, analyze, record, control, and organize financial, clerical, and administrative support
• Research complex customer or vendor questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Provide accurate information to the customer, anticipating future concerns and communicating the next steps in the process.
• Engage with other areas of the business as needed to meet customer needs.
• Act in the best interest of the company/client within external and internal teams and operations to ensure the smoothest resolution experience possible for the customer/vendor.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure smooth operations for internal processes as well as from customers’ perspectives.
• Maintain a resilient and positive attitude to support our commitment to excellence.
• Provide support with Daily Reporting
• Maintain on-target attendance and schedule adherence.
• QA, and Turn around time (other metrics to be considered) on target.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, Receivable roles
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Workday/IRMA or Service now experience is beneficial.
• Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on detail and customer service.
• Ability to assess situations and respond appropriately, with strong auto-supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude, enthusiasm, and reliability.
• Ability to assess customer’s and vendor’s issues, answer questions, research, enter notes, and maneuver multiple systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literate (familiar with windows applications and Workspace).
• Needs to be available to work a flexible schedule or holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constant change.
