KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Administration & Configuration
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Procore platform, ensuring optimal configuration, functionality, and performance.
- Manage initial project setups including prime contracts, company and user directories, and other essential Procore modules.
- Implement user permissions and system-wide settings to ensure data integrity and security.
- Workflow Development & Optimization
- Design, implement, and refine custom workflows tailored to project, operations, and sales team needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, sales, and IT teams to identify gaps and deploy scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards, project-level reports, and company-wide analytics to support visibility into budgets, schedules, compliance, and tool usage.
- Translate data requirements into actionable reports that enhance decision-making and performance tracking.
- Training & Support
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding and Procore training for new users across departments.
- Provide ongoing one-on-one support to address individual user challenges, optimize usage, and resolve technical issues.
- Integration & Collaboration
- Partner with the ERP team to support and enhance the integration between Procore and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external Procore support teams.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to recommend feature enhancements or system upgrades.
- Stay abreast of Procore platform updates, emerging construction technology trends, and best practices to keep our systems aligned with industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Procore administration experience at a superuser or system administrator level.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience creating custom workflows, reports, and templates in Procore.
- Prior experience with ERP integration (especially SAP S/4HANA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILS
- Experience supporting large-scale construction or energy projects.
- Knowledge of Procore APIs or third-party integration tools.
- Certifications in Procore or related construction/project management platforms.
