HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Process and administer Insolvency related information onto InsolvencyLink software
  • Review and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met
  • Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients
  • Analyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines
  • Utilize client’s proprietary software systems as required
  • Build and maintain relationships within the Insolvency industry

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency
  • “Passion to Serve” Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly
  • Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgment when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously; work in a fast paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
  • Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)


Total Direct Compensation:

41,750 - 50,170

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
