- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Project Management or a related field.
- Certification in a recognized Project Management program, such as PMP or Prince2.
- 10 to 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in a Project Manager role, handling projects from concept to production.
- Strong background in project management, with a focus on commercial vehicles or automotive OEM.
- Excellent technical project management skills in engineering functions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
