We are looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to join our Transformation and Simplification Team.
This role will lead end-to-end process analysis and the design of related ICT solutions, with the goal of defining and proposing the most effective architecture and approach to drive convergence and simplification across the complex ecosystem of Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain. The candidate will also play a key role in leading the transformation journey, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and unlock business value. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven expertise in process analysis and ICT architecture design
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Business and ICT stakeholders and to lead large cross-functional teams

This role is based in Auburn Hills, MI and is required to be on-site in our HQ building 5 days per week.
