JOB DESCRIPTION: Process Specialist (Automation)

Core Content Automation Team is a global team with teams located in Hyderabad, Manila & Paris.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Python and Advanced Excel to automate data collection processes, maintain and troubleshoot automated systems, and resolve issues identified by analysts or the system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our automation workflows.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should create/modify python script to automatically download files from websites
- Develop new/enhance existing script to automatically load the data in the database
- Coordinate with development/support engineering teams
- Perform non-regression tests for new enhancements implemented
- Assist in maintaining and supporting existing projects
- Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead
- Should handle new projects within the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science graduate is with added advantage
- 0-12 months’ work experience. Background in programming is with added advantage.
- Familiarity with API, JavaScript and Pandas is a plus
- Adequate understanding of object-oriented languages such as Python, C & C# (required)
- Knowledge of browser technologies such HTML/JS/CSS (required)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel Macro
- Ability to articulate and quickly adapt to the best practices
- Willingness to work as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team
- Ability to create and review documentation and test plans
- Ability to communicate fluently in English with both technical and non-technical people
