Currently we are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to join our Littelfuse Process Quality Assurance Department. In this role you will analyze customer claims, address production concerns, and drive continuous improvement to prevent future issues. You'll have the opportunity manage product documentation, conduct process audits, and handle other tasks assigned by management.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Plant Quality Manager.
About the job:Conduct analysis of customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present the findings
Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively address potential customer complaints, and provide guidance on the acceptability of parts
Update, revise or create new product documentation as required
Conduct process audits, prepare reports, and track the completion of corrective actions
Participate in new product/process development team meetings, address project quality issues in order to resolve them
Undertake other tasks assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferably in electronics or similar field
Proficient in computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
Clear and effective communication skills
Experience in Automotive industry and knowledge of its standards
Customer facing skills
Prior exposure to global manufacturing companies or similar international communication experience
Trainings or experience in electronics manufacturing standards
Understanding electronics schematics and fundamentals
The salary range 3100 EUR gross – 3600 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
