Senior Business Process Architect, AI Automation

Data-driven processes and automation have always been at the core of how we do marketing at Vinted. But we’re moving past static automation and focusing on Agentic AI. We’re building an ecosystem where autonomous AI agents can execute complex workflows on their own. The challenge is that an AI agent is only as reliable as the logic boundaries we give it. If a human process contains ambiguity, an AI agent gets stuck or fails. That’s why we need a business process architect. We need someone to build the watertight logical blueprints that make our operations truly agentic-ready.

If you’re a systems thinker who loves breaking down complex workflows into clean logic—whether you learned your craft in banking, fintech, telecom, or a high-growth tech startup—we’d love to hear from you. You bring the logic, and we’ll help you learn the marketing domain. 

In this role, you’ll design the frameworks for autonomous execution, turn messy stakeholder handoffs into clean data contracts, and write the technical briefs our engineers need to deploy workflows into code. You’ll also get hands-on by building simpler automations yourself using low-code tools like n8n.

• Map and analyse our marketing workflows to spot bottlenecks, remove redundancies, and design efficient paths forward.
• Turn manual, unstructured handoffs from creative agencies and external studios into predictable data pipelines, ensuring every asset arrives with the correct metadata.
• Break down complex business logic into clear operational states and decision trees so that autonomous AI agents and automated systems can run without getting stuck.
• Design robust error-handling and fallback loops, deciding exactly how an AI agent or system should respond when an input is wrong or data is missing.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical briefs for our engineers, including data schemas and payload requirements.
• Build and maintain simpler end-to-end automations directly in n8n using ready-to-use nodes to help the team move faster.
• Consult with marketing teams to help them simplify their daily operations and adopt agentic-ready, automation-first practices.
• Maintain a centralised library of technical documentation and process maps so our team can reuse logic modules across different projects.

• You’ve spent three or more years working as a business process analyst, systems analyst, technical business analyst, or operations specialist. Backgrounds in highly logical or transaction-heavy fields—like banking, fintech, telecom, or high-growth tech scale-ups—are exactly what we’re looking for.
• You love logical process mapping and flowcharting. Whether you use formal BPMN 2.0 or structure your own clear maps in Miro or Lucidchart, your diagrams are watertight. You don’t just map the perfect path; you map the exceptions, gates, and fallback loops.
• You understand data structures. You don’t need to write production code, but you know how APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads work.
• You’re fascinated by automation and Agentic AI. You understand that autonomous systems need clear logic boundaries and validation gates to succeed.
• You’re curious about digital marketing ecosystems, from performance metrics to creative production loops.
• You speak and write fluent English, with a knack for listening to a colleague’s manual process and turning it into a structured technical requirement.
