Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the field of research on machine learning or a related field.
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of conducting ML research, with publications or contributions to the ML community.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in ML algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques for ML applications.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing for ML model training and testing.
  • Familiarity with big data processing tools and distributed computing frameworks is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
