Job Description
- Optimize the performance of every machine on every line, ensuring the whole line is always balanced.
- Lead CI and RCA, control line waste, conduct SMED meetings to meet improvement targets, and assist on the floor to ensure optimal line performance OEE.
- Manage all startups and SKU changeovers.
- Analyze production results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Improve line efficiency through immediate problem solving/response and resolution with team leaders and shift technicians.
- Implement and monitor specific and relevant AM programs for all relevant components of the lines.
- Ensure team leaders are correctly adding information to EIT.
- Initiate AM and changeover cart cleaning and ensure changed parts are in workable condition.
Qualifications
- Form 6 level education.
- Trade Diploma in manufacturing or 3-5 years in a manufacturing/operations leadership role.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience in bottling or other processing environments.
- Competency in using Lean problem-solving tools.
Other Information on Position:
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours and/or alternate shifts as needed.
