Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

Job Description

• Optimises the performance of every machine on every line ensuring the whole line is always balanced.
• Leads Cl and RCA, control line waste, conduct SMED meeting to meet improvement targets and assist on the floor to ensure optimal line performance OEE.
• Manages all startups and SKU change overs.
• Analyses production results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Improves line efficiency through immediate problem solving/response and resolution with team leader and shift technicians
• Implements and monitors specific and relevant AM program for all relevant components of the lines
• Ensures team leaders are correctly adding information into EI
• Initiates AM and change over cart cleaning and ensuring changed parts are in workable condition.

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical / Plant Maintenance Engineering
• 3 - 5 years equivalent work experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid group 2 & 9 driving license
• Computer skills and/or experience in using a computerized maintenance management system is preferred
