- Staying updated on new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of methodologies, failure analysis, experience with Engineering plans, automation tools, equipment, debugging, programming languages, signal and power integrity, industry standards, and reading schematics.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive tool lifecycle planning.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Engineering issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions.
