Process Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process integration strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in process integration or a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s and above degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process integration or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects and implement process improvements.
