Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Material Engineering, or related field
- More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor process development or integration
- Experience in yield drop, defect analysis, and parameter variation improvement
- Cross-functional problem-solving experience in multiple processes (e.g., CMP, Etch, Lithography)
- Problem-solving skills using SPC, FMEA, failure analysis, and data analysis
- Experience in integrated analysis of electrical data, inline data, and defect data
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple challenges/projects simultaneously
- Ability to independently set and drive challenges
- Business-level English communication skills or strong willingness to learn
