Develops and integrates semiconductor manufacturing processes for BEOL technology. Leads root-cause analysis and yield improvement for defects, yield loss, and variation across processes such as CMP, etch, and lithography. Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, chemical engineering, materials engineering, or a related field
- Three or more years of practical experience in semiconductor process development, process integration, or yield improvement
- Experience conducting root-cause analysis and driving improvements for yield loss, defects, and characteristic variation
- Experience solving issues across multiple processes, such as CMP, etch, and lithography
- Problem-solving skills using SPC, FMEA, failure analysis, and data analysis
- Experience integrating and analyzing electrical characteristic, inline, and defect data
- Communication skills to lead problem solving with cross-functional teams including process, equipment, manufacturing, and quality
- Ability to manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously and deliver results on schedule
- Ability to independently identify issues and proactively drive solutions
- Business communication ability in English or strong motivation to acquire it
