Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across our operations. This role is central to identifying improvement opportunities, managing cross-functional projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, service quality, and process improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, KPIs, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate workshops, root cause analysis sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Train and coach teams on continuous improvement tools and practices.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business transformation.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA or related).
- Experience in B2B supply chain trading operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Jira, or project management platforms
