Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily issue resolutions via email and chat, ensuring quality service in line with Client/Process IOPs.

  • Accurately create required documentation in our web platform and submit on time to stakeholders.

  • Adhere to IOPs and consult stakeholders for any deviations or improvement initiatives.

  • Report generation and actioning of these reports to resolve discrepancies and prevent issues.

  • Perform root cause analyses during escalations.

  • Understand our customers business drivers and requirements and build strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore GSC teams.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree (preferably Logistics/Customs Administration)

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service transactions/processes and dealing with direct customers in shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and MS Excel is an advantage.

  • Above-average stakeholder management skills.

  • Amenable to work during Philippine holidays
