COO Finance is the central service organization for the ING Finance departments and operates out of the Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, and India. Its responsibility is to support the central Finance applications, perform change execution, and run the operational processes for Finance. COO Finance ensures services and products to the internal and external stakeholders are timely, accurate, and compliant. COO Finance drives the transformation agenda across the Finance community, enabling progress toward the Finance strategic ambitions.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Process Management Expert in Manila to further strengthen operational management. You will work closely together with your Dutch counterpart. If you have a passion for process improvement, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a proven track record in banking and finance, we would like to hear from you.
Job Description- Strengthen the process management foundations
- Ensure standards in process documentation (process master list, process flows, workplace instructions) are consistently applied
- Map processes in ARIS
- Analyse risks, issues, and dependencies in key processes
- Identify and guide process improvements
- Independently Lead Kaizen events
- Drive smaller change projects
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders
- Maintain alignment between process management and strategic initiatives
- Monitor process performance metrics and report on progress to management
- Develop and deliver training sessions to promote best practices in process management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all process activities
- Act as a subject matter expert for process management within the Finance community
- Process Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking and finance
- Solid experience with leading workshops
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in process mapping
- Ability to analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and planning abilities
- Stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and cultures
- Proactive, result-oriented, and hands-on approach
- Persuasive and assertive when necessary
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
