Key Responsibilities:

Read and reply to correspondences with both internal stakeholders and customers within service level agreements as defined for the specific communication channel.

Will handle MEKONG area (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia).

Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.

Attend to export- or import-specific processes as assigned in the team.

Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open export tasks.

Minimal reporting; more on client specific system updates and emails.

Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs.

Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2-years customer experience; preferred logistics.

Open to applicants with 1-year experience in logistics, CSR or BPO.

Preferably with experience in DOS system.

Willing to work on a morning/mid-shift and during weekends.

Willing to work on a hybrid work arrangement.
