This is an exciting career opportunity to work in a multinational, Global 500 company that makes global trade happen. Key Responsibilities:

  • Has responsibility for handling daily issue resolutions via email and chat tasks in line with the Client/Process IOP's and ensures quality of service is maintained at all times.

  • May support peers with technical or process related challenges during process execution.

  • Has accountability for preparation of export/import documentation and submission of the same timely and accurately to stakeholders.

  • Adheres to IOPs and deviations to be checked prior with stakeholders.

  • Focuses on data quality to ensure SLAs are met.

  • Up-to-date understanding/training of Process and IOPs to create documentation.

  • May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.

  • May train new hires on the process(es).

Who are we looking for:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English language.

  • With at least 1-2 years related experience in customer service handling/support in Shipping and Logistics Industry, BPO Industry or from other industries using Spanish Language.

  • Open to those who had Spanish Language Training/Class.

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate.

  • College undergraduates can be considered.

  • MS Office Proficient.

  • Amenable and highly flexible to work on a permanent nightshift schedule.

  • Willing to work in Estancia, Pasig City and currently based in the Philippines.

  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid/RTO work set up.

  • Highly adaptable to new processes and a team player.

  • Can start on March 17, 2025.
