Job Description:
The ESP Sirius Processing Team consists of 4 team members, plus an offshore team. The team look after all of the customer contributions and money matching for SAYE UK & International.
Within this, the team have specific responsibilities for SAYE UK & International, contribution files loading, money matching, account reconciliation in Rec 7, statements, inputting payments/money transfers, outstanding payments lists and missed payment reports.
Job Summary:
The Sirius Processing Administrator will have their own clients and within this, they will be responsible for contribution files loading, money matching, and account reconciliation in Rec 7, statements, processing payments/money transfers, outstanding payments lists and missed payment reports.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties
- Ensure data loaded accurately, key deadlines are met in line with business SLA’s and to highlight as necessary where additional support is required.
- To support all new business/work coming on to the team.
- Monitor personal and on team mailboxes in line with business SLA’s
- Liaise with Client Payrolls/Providers on a regular basis to resolve queries via phone/e-mail/letter
- Action a variety of administration tasks for all ESP All employee products
- The creation and updating of all Admin Task related procedures
- Managing/prioritising your client workload to achieve SLA’s
- Reconciling payments in rec 7/Money matching
- Dealing with queries and resolving in a timely manner
- Running outstanding payment lists
- Client statements
- To make sure that all tasks are delivered on agreed delivery dates
Successful candidate should possess the following skills and behaviour
- Strong customer service focus
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills – to include VLOOKUP, beneficial
- Excellent planning and organisation as this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and work to tight timeframes to achieve delivery
- Good verbal and written communication
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Basic Reconciliation skills, good with figures
- Team Player
- Previous knowledge of Rec 7 an advantage
- Enjoy problem solving and learning new things
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised – capable of managing own time and delivering to deadlines
- Confident to work independently or as a team to achieve delivery
- Commitment to a continuous improvement culture
