- Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews.
- Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policies, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details.
- Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team.
Requirements
- Active college student or fresh graduate in System Information, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of business processes and documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw. io, or similar process diagramming tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Willing to Work On-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
