Co bude účelem pracovní pozice:
Účelem pracovního místa je optimalizace, standardizace a zajištění správné funkčnosti vstřikovacích forem, včetně zajištění náhradních dílů.
Jaká bude Vaše pracovní náplň:
Modifikace a opravy vstřikovacích forem, zavádění nových forem do výroby.
Identifikace a návrhy příležitostí ke zlepšení výrobních procesů.
Příprava technické dokumentace a analýz.
Spolupráce s oddělením controllingu při zavádění nových vstřikovacích forem.
Účast na projektech BBP (Best Business Practice), R&D a OEx (Operational Excellence) ve výrobě.
Komunikace s oddělením nástrojárny a externími dodavateli.
Komunikace s centrálním oddělením v Německu.
Jaké znalosti a zkušenosti byste měli mít:
VŠ technického směru (strojní, elektro), vhodné pro absolventy (praxe vítána)
Znalost práce s PC: MS Office, SAP, PRISMA3, AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS
Schopnost čtení výkresové dokumentace
Znalost anglické jazyka na komunikativní úrovni (ideálně B2)
Zodpovědnost a spolehlivost
Schopnost týmové i samostatné práce
Komunikační a organizační schopnosti
Proaktivní přístup a ochota hledat řešení

Skills Required
- Technical university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with injection molding or mold maintenance/repair
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, PRISMA3, AutoCAD, SolidWorks
- Ability to read technical/drawing documentation
- Communicative English (ideally B2)
- Responsibility and reliability
